Job Description:
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Emergency Room RN for a 13-week night shift assignment in Albany, NY . Join a fast-paced Emergency Department at a top-tier facility that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care. Ideal for nurses with strong trauma and critical care skills, and previous experience in high-acuity ED settings.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely, high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages in the ED

• Triage, assess, and manage diverse medical and trauma-related emergencies

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Collaborate with ED providers, techs, and ancillary staff to ensure continuity of care

• Monitor patients and recognize signs of deterioration

• Document thoroughly and efficiently in Epic

• Participate in every other weekend and rotating holiday coverage

Requirements:

• Active New York RN license – required

• Epic EMR experience – required

• BLS & ACLS (American Heart Association) – required

• Minimum 2 years of recent ED nursing experience – required

• Strong clinical skills in triage, trauma, and emergency interventions

• Prior travel RN experience preferred but not required

Contract Details:

• 13-week assignment

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Every other weekend & rotating holidays
