Acute progressive unit, with heavy Trauma/GI post op patients. ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and Telemetry experience required. Level 1-2 trauma exp required. Will consider first time travelers, with Level 1 trauma exp. Trauma/general surgery post op patient experience required. Must have exp with abdominal surgeries. Must have experience with trachs and flaps. Must be strong with foley catheters, surgical drains, surgical oncology, wound vacs, ostomy, ports and PICCs, TPN and lipids. Local travelers within 75 miles are not accepted at this facility
