Job Details

Shift Schedule:

• Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (18:30 – 07:00)
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Coverage: Rotating ( major holidays )
• Float Requirement: Yes ( within scope )

Patient Ratio: 1:5 ( consistent across shifts )

Requirements & Qualifications

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active RN License: Tennessee (TN) or Compact License ( required at submission )
• Certifications:
  • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS ( AHA required )

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of recent PCU/Stepdown experience ( first-time travelers accepted )
• Required Skills:
  • Neuro care (CVA, TBI, spinal injuries)
  • Wound vac management, rapid response
  • EPIC proficiency ( non-negotiable )
• Preferred: Trauma Level I experience

• Unit Size: 35 beds
• Patient Population: Adults/geriatrics with:
  • Neuro/surgical conditions
  • Complex medical needs
• Support Teams:
  • Rapid Response, PT/RT, Pharmacy
