A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Managing and leading the recruitment process in Los Angeles, San Jose, and Houston.
- Sourcing active and passive candidates through various attraction sources and networking sites.
- Coaching, mentoring and training hiring managers on all aspects of recruitment.
- Developing a pool of qualified candidates by using social networking sites and other forms of resources.
- Create and issue offer letters and contract pack to all new hires.
- Ensure that all contractual and policy paperwork for each new starter has been received and recorded on their personal files and the HR database.
- Work with the HR Director and senior management to secure the retention and development of individuals to support the succession planning process.
- Handle Disciplinary & Grievance issues.
- Accurate recording of meetings and hearings.
- Ensure adherence to formal policies and procedures.
- To ensure that the resignation handling procedure has been adhered to.
- To become familiar with the employee contract details, policies and other issues affecting employment.
- Project work when requested e.g. some HR-related work for new office openings, employee transfers, visas etc.
- Facilitation and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Exit Interviews
