What We Do

The Senior Exam Management Analyst manages the entire process of due diligence requests, rating agency reviews, third-party compliance reviews, and GSE & agency compliance reviews (USDA, FHA, GNMA, FHLMC, FNMA), from preparation to resolution. This role may involve direct interactions with regulators, agencies, and clients.

How You'll Contribute

  1. Manage the internal preparation process for regulatory exams, ensuring all documentation and records are collected and organized.
  2. Coordinate with various departments to gather and verify necessary information.
  3. Provide training and guidance to business partners to set expectations during the exam process.
  4. Act as the primary contact between internal stakeholders and regulatory examiners.
  5. Track and resolve issues during examinations to ensure a smooth process.
  6. Escalate issues as needed to meet timeframes and requirements.
  7. Maintain an updated repository of regulatory information for exam and due diligence purposes.
  8. Prepare reports for senior management on the status and outcomes of regulatory exams.
  9. Facilitate post-exam debriefs to review results and implement changes.

What You'll Bring
  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. 3-5 years of experience with GSE and agency reviews (FHLMC, FNMA, FHA)
  3. Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation and servicing practices
  4. Working knowledge of relevant industry regulations
  5. Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  6. High-quality, accurate, and detailed work production
  7. Experience with GNMA Compliance Review (preferred)
  8. Black Knight MSP experience (preferred)

Skills and Abilities
  1. Ability to review and understand regulatory requirements
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  3. Detail-oriented with confidentiality
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
  6. Work with urgency and manage multiple deadlines
  7. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations

Salary Range

$27.40 - $36.53 hourly. Compensation depends on experience, skills, and location.
