Are you a Full-Desk Recruitment Consultant (Full Desk) with experience in new business development looking to take the next step in your career or change industries?

Are you frustrated having a commission threshold restricting your earning potential?

Due to this high growth, I am looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in New York City. You will be joining a friendly, motivated, close-knit team of successful consultants.

Working with us you will be responsible for:

Managing your own desk - using your already honed sales and negotiation skills to undertake successful business development calls in order to win new business with clients, while building and establishing new professional relationships.

Managing the full recruitment process wouldn't be complete without advertising your vacancies, sourcing suitable candidates and managing the interview and offer process!

Skills and experience we are looking for from you:

• Minimum 12 months experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (any industry) carrying out business development calls in order to win new business
• Excellent communication skills are essential!
• Drive and enthusiasm to be successful, plus a desire to learn a new industry!

Compensation Range:

$60,000 - $90,000 *includes base of $60,000 and projected commission potential year 1, however, earnings are uncapped and can vary based on performance!

Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k options, Long and Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, 23 days of PTO year 1 depending on level.

This is not an HR or Internal recruitment opportunity. This role is a sales-based role working to achieve sales-based results!
