Job Description American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and ARRT (M, R), BLS, and Washington state licensure for a day shift position in a comprehensive breast center. Responsibilities Work in a Comprehensive Breast Center specializing in screening, diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, ultrasound biopsy, tomosynthesis biopsy, needle localizations, and SAVI localizationsPatient population includes women undergoing high-risk screening and diagnostic procedures as part of a breast cancer prevention and care programDay shifts are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday coverageNo nights or on-call requiredRole may require floating within the hospital or to nearby facilities as neededEPIC EMR experience is requiredResponsibilities include performing a variety of mammography and related breast imaging procedures and supporting high-risk patient programsMust be willing to float between various units within scope of practice as neededScrub attire in any color is permittedFree parking is available on siteMust commit to working at least three of the five major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)Former permanent staff must wait 3 months before returning as a travelerAll vacation or time off requests must be submitted with the application Requirements Minimum of 2 years recent experience in mammographyCurrent ARRT (Mammography), ARRT (Radiography), and BLS certificationsActive Washington state Radiologic Technologist license required if applicableExperience with EPIC electronic medical records systemMust provide at least two supervisory references from the past three years in a similar settingNot open to local candidates living within a 50-mile radius Benefits High Pay and BonusesMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options401(k) PlanWeekly Payroll DepositFree Online CEUsGenerous Housing AllowanceTravel and Licensure ReimbursementsNon-taxed Per Diem and SubsidyTraveler Rewards and Discounts
