Regulatory Reporting Associate

**Overview** FR2052a is a key component of Liquidity report, a critical regulatory report and is subject to high scrutiny by regulators. As good practice, a quality assurance program is needed to conduct sufficient testing to ensure accuracy of reports and strong internal control. This position is primarily responsible for testing and validating FR 2052a to ensure that the reports are prepared in accordance with regulatory reporting instructions, and internal policy and procedures, as well as communicating/monitoring issues and enhancement opportunities to management. In addition, this position supports the manager in quality assurance team in various reviews and assessments on regulatory reporting. **Responsibilities** Assist team lead to perform regular quality assurance assessments of FR2052a including transaction testing and testing of key business controls: daily trend/variance analysis, reconciliation, management review and timely escalation of issues and resolution. Assess whether controls are designed and operating effectively. Follow the instructions of team lead to perform mapping and classification review to assess proper report classification, in adherence with 2052a instructions. Monitor the remediation efforts by the production team.
