Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Generalist, located in Chicago, IL. Some work from home is acceptable. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as supporting employee relations, conducting orientation sessions, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Qualifications Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment Experience in the non-profit sector or healthcare is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Seniority level
