Job Description Logility is looking for our next

Director of Growth Marketing . This role is responsible for executing marketing programs that ensure sufficient stage 1 opportunities are identified to achieve annual bookings goals. The person in this role will have the ability to deliver year-over-year pipeline growth by designing and directing the execution of marketing programs using a data-driven approach to assess and realign programs to meet revenue targets. The Director of Growth Marketing will have domain expertise in growth marketing, demand generation strategy, and demand capturing campaigns, including relevant tools and analytical processes. They will utilize modern digital strategies to engage core audiences and achieve annual growth goals.

The Director will also lead and empower the growth marketing team (campaign managers, events, content, digital, and design) to develop and execute programs that increase brand awareness, improve market perception, and generate leads to support pipeline development in core industry segments. Success in this role requires executing marketing programs that support revenue and growth objectives, including new logo acquisition and customer cross-selling/up-selling. The candidate must leverage data and cohort analysis to improve targeting and conversion (e.g., TAM, intent marketing), while managing spend efficiency. The Director will make data-driven decisions and optimizations to enhance lead flow from all channels, guide content creation for demand generation, and define compelling prospect experiences that lead to conversions. They will also execute A/B tests on media formats, ads, targeting, and landing pages, and present monthly performance reviews to the Marketing Leadership Team.

Requirements

Proven track record in leading demand generation for successful, high-growth B2B software organizations with complex sales cycles (e.g., supply chain, enterprise ERP).

Knowledge of supply chain planning and client challenges.

Experience managing marketing budgets, funnel performance, and forecasts to achieve sales and revenue goals.

Demonstrated leadership as a people manager, capable of prioritizing activities, inspiring teams, and achieving objectives.

Experience with marketing automation and intent tools.
