Travel 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM M/S RN 6th Floor
AUTO OFFER UNIT**PREVIOUS TRAVEL REQUIRED -
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 Floating mostly between 6th/7th floor (MS/Oncology) - Floating throughout the facility and to all ThedaCare Facilities within a 60 mile radius as needed
AHA BLS (required); AHA ACLS & ONC (preferred)
Minimum 3+ years RN experience R
EQUIRED Minimum 2+ years Med/Surg experience & able to interpret basic telemetry rhythms
REQUIRED Charting Experience: EPIC within the last 2 year
