Position Overview: Provide skilled nursing care in the Emergency Department of a Critical Access Hospital. Manage patient care, perform nursing assessments, start IVs, and administer medications. Works collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure high-quality emergency care.

Requirements:

RN licensed in Indiana

ACLS, BLS, PALS required

NRP a plus, but not required

Required skills: IV starts, nursing assessments, patient monitoring

Preferred skills: ICU drips

Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred

EMR: Cerner

Facility & Unit Details:

Licensed Beds: 25 (Critical Access Hospital) ED Beds: 9 (plus 3 pending results, 1 triage room) Average Daily ED Volume: 28 patients
