LHH is helping a large Texas law firm

seek a

Trusts & Estates Paralegal for their downtown Dallas,

TX, office. The attorneys want someone who is forward thinking and innovative. The

ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a law firm or legal department with a focus on estate planning, trust administration, probate court processes, and fiduciary disputes.

Benefits: Salary

ranges from $75,000 - $100,000 DOE Parking is paid for by the firm

(lot is very close but not underneath the building) Discretionary year-end bonus

based on tenure Employee-only Premiums for Medical Insurance is fully paid for by the firm

Job Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience in trusts & estates and probate litigation Extensive knowledge of estate planning documents and probate court procedures Experience with

drafting pleadings, petitions, accountings, and discovery Ability to handle a fast-paced workload and meet strict deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills

Skills and Knowledge In-depth understanding of probate litigation, estate planning, and trust administration Skilled in

drafting and filing court documents and managing deadlines Knowledge of local and state court systems, including e-filing platforms Excellent legal research

and writing ability Proficiency in

Microsoft Office software , including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive client matters Detail-oriented with time management and case tracking skills
