Responsibilities: Administer leave programs in coordination with third-party vendors.
Ensure compliance with laws including FMLA, ADA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA.
Serve as the main contact for leave-related inquiries and communications.
Maintain confidentiality of employee data and manage leave-related documentation.
Process disability payments and update payroll records to prevent overpayments.
Support ADA accommodations and complete required forms for claims and verifications.
Manage Jira tickets and meet service level agreements.
Coordinate with Payroll, Risk, HRIS, and other teams for seamless leave processes.
Conduct training for managers on leave policies and procedures.
Assist with benefits-related tasks and identify process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in benefits and leave administration.
Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, and related laws.
Proficient in HRIS systems and comfortable with cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with M&A integration is a plus.
Job Details: Schedule: Hybrid, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Compensation: $28-40/hr.
Employment Type: Long term contract
