Responsibilities: • Help with dispatching techs to locations • Give bids and quotes to customers • Communicate to all necessary parties involved • Support the team managing all aspects and employees of the Field Service Technicians for their Territories • Attend weekly report meetings with the Company Vice President • Your responsibilities may include working outside normal business hours from time to time • Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Onboard and assist in training new field employees in the dispatch team • Accountable for weekly Training • Assist in Performance Reviews by disseminating worksheets to all techs and scheduling each tech’s performance review • Flag resource issues to management as they arise • Handle and bring to resolution any complaints related to field technician performance or practices by working with the management team • Act as an emergency field services technician replacement in cases where a technician is unavailable to complete a job • Manage the company's relationship with environmental testing laboratories • Accountable for tech vehicles, making sure they are clean, organized, fully equipped, and maintained • Manage and maintain inventory on all fleet vehicles and field equipment • Manage and maintain all inventory for field supplies and sampling media • Inventory, keep track of, and keep charged all backup and office-based Field Tech Equipment • Point of contact for cell phone, laptop, or other equipment issues and/or challenges, as well as IT issues • Create and save a weekly field tech agenda • Coordinate car accidents; collect documentation from car accidents, process car repairs, and insurance documentation, and reduce the amount of business disruption with the coordination of a rental or shuffling of cars between technicians • Work with the Field Operations Manager to develop and document Field Evaluations for the various testing we provide • Attend weekly meetings with the Field Operations Department • Team player • Good communication Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe • Become proficient in company databases, project management systems, and third-party software applications in use by the company • Strong team and people skills are essential for this high-pressure position • The ability to handle a constantly changing work environment and allocate resources accordingly is critical to the success of this position • Strong motivational and best-business-practice skills are essential • The ability to represent the company in a professional manner to clients, environmental testing laboratories, and trade groups is essential • The ability to act as a team player within the company management group is essential
Qualifications:
• An Associate's degree or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred • Previous experience within the environmental testing industry is preferred • Current Cal OSHA/AHERA certification as a Certified Building Inspector, Certified Contract Supervisor, Certification as a Lead Sampling Technician, and Certification as a Site Surveillance Technician through the State of California • Good communication • Dispatching experience required • Working Rights in the USA • Lives within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $52,000 - $56,000 + benefits
