Competitive Pay!
Earn an average of $1,250 a week, totaling $65,000 yearly.
Starting pay at $0.50 per mile.
Annual pay increase on your contract anniversary.
Average 1,500 miles per week.
$15 per stop (averaging 30 stops per week).
Additional pay available for detention and breakdown situations.

Home daily with a Monday to Friday workweek.
Average workday of 10-12 hours.
Start time between 2:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m., based on dispatch.
Finish time between 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Daily dispatch sent around 5:00 p.m. for next day's loads.
Loads ready by 2:00 a.m. daily, arriving at the first stop by 7:30-8:00 a.m.
Frequent and Predictable Routes!
Deliver within a 300-mile radius from Greensboro, NC.
Transport building materials such as drywall and lumber to various locations.
Routes may include 1-12 stops per day, with some days requiring pickup of inbound product.
Equipment and Load Types!
Pulling 53' flatbed, curtainside, or Conestoga trailers.
Start your day with pre-loaded trailers.
No touch freight; live unloads only.
Strapping required for each load (straps provided).
Tarping only in inclement weather, with additional $10 per stop if needed.
Safety and Equipment Considerations!
Hard hats and vests provided (must be worn when out of the truck on property).
Steel toe shoes required (driver will need to purchase).

Requirements:
Must live within a 75-mile radius of Greensboro, NC.
Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
Class A CDL required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
No reckless driving convictions within the past 5 years.
No DUI or DWI convictions within the past 5 years.
No suspensions or revocations for moving violations in the past 5 years.
No serious violations within the past 12 months.
No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years.
No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years.
Essential Functions:
Load and unload freight, with lifting requirements of 80 lbs.
Move freight, requiring a force of 54 lbs.
Lift and move side kits, needing a lift of 46 lbs.
Lift tarp with a requirement of 110 lbs.
Secure load with chains and hardware, requiring an 80 lbs lift.
Climb onto and off of the flatbed trailer/load.
Complete train tickets and delivery receipts.
Perform pre-trip inspections.
Drive for extended periods and maintain regular attendance.
