Shifts: Nights – 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
Weekly Breakdown:
Weekly Gross: $2,290.00 Per Week
On W2(Taxable): $1,044.00 Per Week
Stipend(Non-Taxable): $1,246.00 Per Week
Required Qualifications
Experience
: Minimum 2 years ER experience preferred; 1 year accepted with strong skillset
Licensure
: Active MD or Compact RN license at time of submission
Certifications (AHA Required):
BLS
ACLS
PALS
NIHSS
CPI (Calm Every Storm version only) Charting System: Epic preferred
Community Hospital Experience: Required9

Required Patient Care Skills:
Emergency room general care 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio experience
Pediatrics
Psychiatric care
Cardiac monitoring
Respiratory care (e.g., CPAP/BiPAP, ventilated patients, ABG interpretation) IV therapy/phlebotomy (IV starts, central line care, blood product administration)
Preferred Skills:
Intubation
Emergency medications & IV vasopressors
Procedural sedation
STEMI/stroke patient care
Triage
Non-Trauma & Pediatric ER experience
Management of gunshot wounds
Isolation precautions
Managing behavioral/violent patients
