Skills: IV start, circulating in OR, labor experience
Unit Information:
Beds: 10 L&D + 4 Triage
Census: 180–200 deliveries/month
Ratios: RN 1:2 or 1:3 in triage
Support: Charge nurse, HUC, phlebotomy, RT (24/7), resource nurse, 24/7 physician coverage
Technology: Epic EMR, Hospira IV pumps, Omnicell, Philips monitors
