Senior Project Manager
with a proven track record delivering large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This is a confidential search for a strategic hire who will lead multiple high-profile municipal and utility projects, manage diverse project teams, and ensure consistent success across schedule, budget, and quality targets. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full project lifecycle for water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, and related infrastructure from preconstruction through closeout. Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders while maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and field operations teams to ensure seamless execution. Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks proactively. Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and compliance. Ensure adherence to safety, quality control, and environmental standards. Drive project profitability while delivering exceptional client satisfaction. Qualifications: 10+ years' experience in heavy civil construction with a focus on water/wastewater infrastructure. Demonstrated success leading multi-million-dollar projects, including CMAR and design-build delivery methods. Strong leadership, negotiation, and client management skills. Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Viewpoint). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
