Marketing Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a strategic Marketing Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to the strategy and marketing organization by delivering actionable insights, developing dashboards, and guiding data-driven decision-making. You will leverage business intelligence tools and data sources to evaluate performance across campaigns, channels, and customer segments. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, marketing domain knowledge, and experience in Power BI. This role will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and dotted-line report to the Director of Marketing. Primary Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting
Work cross-functionally with business leaders to develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Power BI Support the integration and validation of data from various sources (CRM, web analytics, paid media platforms) Perform basic data cleaning, transformation, and querying to ensure accuracy and usability Document reporting processes and create guides for dashboard use and interpretation
Marketing Strategy and Analytics Support
Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and engagement metrics Support analysis of current customer segments and the migration of customer data into CRM Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support the marketing team's performance tracking and decision-making Assist in evaluating the performance of email, digital advertising, social media, SEO, and content marketing campaigns Collaborate with marketing team members to define testing strategies and analyze A/B test results Contribute to competitive benchmarking and customer segmentation analysis

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Experience (coursework, internship, or project work) with Power BI, Excel, or other BI/reporting tools Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and performance metrics Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical audiences Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative Benefits and Perks
