Inpatient/Outpatient • Reason For Coverage: Supplemental • Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing • Coverage Type: Clinical + Call • Shift Schedule: Mon-Thurs; 8 or 10-hr shifts • Call Schedule: 1 day/week; No weekends - Post call day off; Rotating • Call Type: Beeper • Call Ratio: 1:4 • Call Response Time: 15 mins • Case Mix: Neuro, OB, Pediatrics • Procedures: - MAC, General Anesthesia, Elective cases - Intubation, IV placement • Office Equipment: - Drager Anesthesia Machine - Omnicell Medication Dispensing • Trauma Level: IV • No of ORs: 3-6 • EMR: Cerner • Other Info: Medical Supervision; but CRNAs take first call and must do Epidurals independently
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes • Temporary Privileges available: Yes • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements: • Active WI License • BC • ACLS, BLS, PALS
