Full Time Shift Available:

2nd Compensation:

$34.01/hr for the first 90 days, increasing to $37.01/hr thereafter. Typical Responsibilities Include: Performing preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance tasks throughout the facility.

Recording completed tasks and assessing equipment conditions using maintenance management software.

Installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of systems, including heavy mobile equipment, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.

Utilizing standard maintenance tools such as power tools, hand tools, and pneumatic equipment.

Interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics and operation manuals.

Operating forklifts and other machinery as needed.

Adhering to safety policies and maintaining a tidy work environment.

Performing equipment repairs in proximity to explosives when required.

Assuming additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications: Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Must be 18 years or older.

Basic computer and math skills.

Proficient in English (both verbal and written).

Physical capabilities to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and working in varying conditions.

Experience with industrial electrical knowledge and mechanical maintenance, typically at least one year.

Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays with notice.

Ability and willingness to work underground in a mining environment.

Pass a Standardized Ramsay Test prior to the interview.

Preferred Qualifications: Possession of a journeyman certificate, state certification, or a degree in electrical fields.

Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Certification as a Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) or willingness to obtain.

Technical diploma in heavy equipment/industrial maintenance or three years of equivalent experience.

Certifications in Predictive Maintenance and/or Precision Maintenance.

A high school diploma/GED or two years of equivalent work experience.

Experience troubleshooting and maintaining various mechanical systems including packaging equipment, pumps, or conveyors.
