💼 Job Expectations & Responsibilities:
Apply the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized patient care
Deliver high-quality care based on clinical assessments and care pathways
Educate patients and their families from admission through discharge
Maintain accurate, legible, and timely documentation of care provided
Promptly notify physicians of critical observations or changes in patient status
Safely administer medications and perform treatments per protocols
Carry out physician orders precisely and efficiently
Ensure all equipment and supplies are available and report malfunctions to the appropriate department
