Job Description
Your Responsibilities: As a member of our Core Infrastructure team reporting to the Core Infrastructure Manager, you will contribute to our transformation from a monolithic architecture to a microservices architecture. You will support infrastructure in private and public cloud data centers, improve reliability and delivery through automation and auto-remediation, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation. The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (We do not sponsor visas). Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
5+ years managing cloud infrastructure. Experience building automated deployment solutions. Knowledge of packet analysis tools like Wireshark. Public Cloud experience: Azure and/or AWS. Open source and cloud technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible. Server OS: Windows Server, Linux. Hypervisors: VMware, others. Backup solutions: Veeam. Storage systems: Dell PowerMax, NetApp, Pure Storage, Cloudian. Protocols: FC, iSCSI, S3. Active Directory automation. Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Python. Networking: IPv4/IPv6, FTP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, HTML, XML, YAML. Monitoring tools: Elastic, PRTG, LibreNMS, Virtana, Dynatrace. Security remediation experience. Experience with escalation and incident management tools: OpsGenie, PagerDuty. Work tracking: ServiceNow, Jira. Project planning and task creation skills. What We Offer:
