We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical tasks, with a focus on accurate data entry in Microsoft Dynamics, including Bill of Materials (BOM) imports and production order processing. This individual will also serve as a front-line representative by answering phones, assisting visitors, and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative functions.

Office Clerk Job Details: Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 an hour, dependent on experience

Temporary role - September - October, approximately 9 weeks

Office Clerk Job Description: Data Entry & System Support •Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in Microsoft Dynamics. •Import Bill of Materials (BOM) and process production orders efficiently and accurately. •Audit and verify data for errors or inconsistencies. •Assist in generating standard reports from the system as needed.

Front Office & Phone Support •Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. •Route messages and calls to appropriate departments or personnel. •Greet and assist office visitors as required.

Administrative Support •File, scan, and organize documents both digitally and physically. •Provide clerical support such as printing, copying, and preparing mail.

Office Clerk Job Requirements: •High School Diploma required. •1-2 years of experience in an office or data entry role (preferred). •Prior experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (preferred). •Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
