Fill Pharmacy Technician
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Pharmacy Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate and timely prescription fulfillment, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting pharmacy operations. Key Responsibilities: Accurately fill prescriptions and orders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions. Verify order details for accuracy prior to final pharmacist verification. Label, assemble, package, and ship products to customers. Collaborate with the Customer Experience Center to ensure exceptional service and meet customer expectations regarding turnaround times. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy workspace. Support interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth workflow. Adhere to all SOPs and company policies, including privacy and confidentiality standards. Comply with all state and federal regulations related to prescription dispensing. Requirements Registered Pharmacy Technician in the State of Florida. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment This position is based in a closed-door pharmacy environment, specifically within the filling department. The role involves standing and lifting throughout the shift. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $38480.00/yr. Full benefits, PTO/Holiday Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Spring Hill,FL.
