Systems Architect
to lead the strategic design and integration of our technical systems. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with executive-level communication and organizational influence. Youll be responsible for establishing architecture where none exists, guiding the company toward scalable, resilient systems, and shaping technical conversations at every level. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Architecture Leadership : Define and drive the architectural vision across the organization, creating foundational documentation and frameworks for system interaction. Technical Discovery & Integration : Conduct deep, hands-on analysis of existing systems to understand and articulate how they work togetherand how they should evolve. Executive Engagement : Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, including direct collaboration with executives, translating technical complexity into strategic insight. Cross-Level Influence : Build strong relationships across all levels of the organizationfrom ICs to VPsensuring architectural decisions are understood, adopted, and aligned with business goals. Strategic Facilitation : Lead the right conversations at the right time, guiding teams through ambiguity toward clarity and action. Organizational Impact : Be a visible, respected thought leader known for intelligence, clarity, and the ability to connect deeply with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: 10+ years of extensive experience in systems architecture, ideally in environments with minimal existing structure. Proven ability to lead architectural strategy across complex organizations. Strong executive presence and communication skills, with a high degree of self-awareness. Ability to build trust and rapport across technical and non-technical teams. Experience in environments with little to no existing architecture is a plus. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
