Responsibilities: The Opportunity We are hiring a Clinic Director to work with residents in a senior living facility. You will play a key role in enhancing the lives of seniors across all care levels, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. Your expertise will promote independence, functional ability, and overall well-being. As the Clinic Director, you will oversee patient care in accordance with regulations, providing services (Therapy and/or Wellness) and operational support to rehabilitation teams. You will implement company policies, clinical programs, and quality initiatives to optimize residents functional well-being and satisfaction. You may also advise on treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment, adhering to professional and ethical standards. As a therapist, you will deliver comprehensive therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving efforts to enhance patient outcomes.
