Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all clinical operations, ensuring high-quality ABA services are provided to clients Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans based on assessment results Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to BCBAs, RBTs, and other team members Review and interpret client data to make data-driven clinical decisions and adjust programming as needed Lead regular team meetings to review client progress, address concerns, and ensure treatment fidelity Train and guide parents, caregivers, and staff on ABA strategies and behavior management Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, funding source requirements, and BTS policies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive client care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports
Requirements
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing Strong clinical and leadership skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities Compensation: $95,000-$120,000 per year
