Senior Project Manager – Back Office About the Role We are seeking an experienced

Senior Project Manager

to manage Financial and Supply Chain systems projects. This role will play a critical part in aligning cross-functional teams, managing complex timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of key infrastructure projects that support our growth and scalability. Responsibilities End-to-end project management, including planning, execution, and post-launch optimization Partner with internal stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics Manage project timelines, risks, and resources to ensure timely and effective delivery Oversee system integrations, data migration, testing, and user training in collaboration with internal and external partners Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across core business functions Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, roadmaps, and post-implementation reviews Identify challenges and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track Ensure alignment between project goals and broader company objective Qualifications 5+ years of Agile project management experience in enterprise or back-office systems Substantial expertise managing tickets, product backlogs, and releases using Jira Substantial experience conducting sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies Strong understanding of Adaptive, Predictive, and Hybrid project management methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall Experience working with ERP, CRM, and SCM with proven success managing related projects Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Experience managing NetSuite and Salesforce integration projects a plus Experience with other project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project) a plus CSM and PMP certifications a plus What We Offer
