Wet Blender

The Wet Blending Operator works under the guidance of the Wet Blending Lead Operator in the process of batching and blending within the wet production department. This position operates within FDA FSMA and Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) requirements, ensuring food safety standards are met for the safe production of food in the plant and offices, adhering to the defined risk levels by area. Responsibilities

Obtain picking sheets daily from Lead Operator. Process ingredients in the correct order. Verify that metal detector and all processing equipment are operating safely. Pack totes/pails/boxes to the proper weight, label, and seal them correctly. Complete required documentation accurately. Scan finished product into inventory. Perform daily cleaning assignments. Essential Skills

1+ years of blending experience. Strong mixing and blending skills. Familiarity with batch sheets and GMP. Good communication skills. Understanding of basic math. Strong attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma. Ability to be flexible with changing priorities. Capability to work on multiple tasks. Forklift Certification preferred. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and rolling a 400 lb drum. Why Work Here

This is a first shift position, operating from 6:30am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and managing heavier drums. The dress code includes a provided smock, and requires steel-toed boots, safety vests, hair and beard nets, with a requirement to be clean-shaven. Job Type & Location
