We're hiring a skilled Laser Set-Up Operator to run Mitsubishi Lasers in a clean, climate-controlled shop. If you've got laser experience and a mechanical mindset, this second-shift role offers great pay, a supportive team, and room to grow. What You'll Do:
Set up, operate, and program Mitsubishi Lasers Perform nesting of parts and load towers Monitor cut conditions to ensure quality and efficiency Cross-train in other departments: brake press, punch press, welding, grinding, shipping/receiving Load/unload materials from trucks and stage for production Maintain equipment: wipe down machinery and remove scrap from collectors What You Bring:
2+ years of laser operation experience 2+ years of machine operation or equivalent experience with hand/power tools Familiarity with sheet metal, laser setup, and machine operating Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Willingness to learn and support other departments Why You'll Love Working Here:

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
