What You'll Do

Customer Service Specialist , your

Core Responsibilities

will be:

O

rder Management:

Managing add-ons and ensuring accuracy on large or complex orders for over 1,000 customers. Pricing & Inventory:

Updating price books, supporting related inventory tasks, and ordering/tracking ice cream bunkers. Customer & Account Support:

Assisting customers with questions and issues, coordinating with sales staff, providing go-between support for credits and adjustments, and contacting affected customers by phone to notify them of late deliveries. Pickup Order Coordination:

Coordinating with 1st shift warehouse personnel for small, same-day order pickups, then retrieving customer pickup orders from the designated office location using a dolly; involves bending and lifting products weighing up to 35 pounds. Administrative Tasks:

Handling mail, binding weekly price books for customers (volume varies weekly), maintaining templates, and supporting other departments as needed. Cross-Training & Backup Responsibilities

- You will also be cross-trained to perform the following tasks so you can provide coverage when the Level 2 Customer Service Specialist is out:

Order Management:

Entering and booking orders, processing credits. Pricing & Inventory:

Processing price changes. Reporting & Data Management:

Preparing daily, weekly, and month-end reports for customers, vendors, and internal teams, including compliance and promotional tracking. Customer & Account Support:

Setting up new accounts. Administrative Tasks:

Handling deposits. Status:

Full-Time Shift:

Monday-Friday, 1st shift Hours:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (overtime as needed)

Work Environment

Work takes place in an office environment with standard business technology and regular interaction with warehouse operations, sales team members, office staff, and occasional reception area coverage to include greeting office visitors.
