The role you'll contribute: The Individual Philanthropy Officer is responsible for the design, development and implementation of strategies for the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of individual donors to the Foundation. The Officer will support the Foundation's annual fund, campaigns, grateful patient program, planned giving efforts, employee campaigns, fundraising communications, events and other special projects in support of AdventHealth. This position reports to the Director of Individual Philanthropy. The value you'll bring to the team: Cultivate, solicit and steward individuals for gifts to Foundation campaigns and initiatives Help donors accomplish their philanthropic goals and ambitions through a relationship with our organization Secure individual annual, major and planned gifts with the goal of raising $1-$1.5 million annually through direct solicitations in face-to-face meetings and other forms of communication Execute a stewardship cycle continuum of identification, cultivation, plan development, solicitation and stewardship resulting in meaningful gifts Manage a portfolio of 150 donors and donor prospects, primarily individuals and philanthropic families Qualifications Bachelor's Required 3 Position-Related Work Experience Required This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
