Transports patients as needed. Triages patient transport requests according to urgency and dispatches staff. Receives customer requests for patient transport services and enters information into appropriate database. Performs all duties outlined in the patient transporter job description as needed. Assists with training new patient transport employees. Responds to customer service complaints or unusual occurrences and escalates concerns to transport leadership as appropriate.
