Production Planner/Scheduler
Aston Carter is currently partnering with a facility in the Morristown area in need of a Production Planner/Scheduler to join their team. This is a direct hire role. The Production Planner leads factory scheduling efforts, aligning production, materials, inventory, and capacity to meet customer delivery goals while optimizing efficiency. Develop and manage production schedules and material plans. Liaise between Production and Materials teams. Adjust schedules based on capacity, material availability, and priorities. Forecast based on sales projections and assess inventory impacts. Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Procurement. Maintain ERP data integrity and support system optimization. Promote company values and cross-functional collaboration. Skills & Qualifications High School diploma or GED required + 3 years applicable work experience Open to new graduates with a Bachelors in Supply Chain or related field Experience with MAPICS or similar ERP systems Proficient utilizing Microsoft Excel Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility and ability to manage shifting priorities. Details: Intermediate Level 1st shift Monday-Friday $55,000-70,000/year, BOE Direct hire role Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
