Join our committed team and help shape the future we envision.Summary We are currently looking for an Assistant Patient Care Manager for our 3-Central Immunotherapy Unit:The Assistant Patient Care Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of nursing operations,ensuring quality care for patients and their families. Mentors, serves as a resource, and provides supportfor staff and faculty on clinical nursing issues while meeting the department, nursing, and organizationgoals. Oversees clinical care performed by assigned nursing staff.Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree, or Associates degree with BSN in process within university guidelines, graduation not exceed 4yrs from date of hire.Preferred Education: Masters of NursingLICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Current RN license and BLSMinimum Experience RequiredMinimum three (3) years nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory settingMinimum Skills/Specialized Training RequiredStrong computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Advanced nursing skills; IV therapy,intervention with emergencies, teaching skills.
