Administrative Assistant
Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for staff or executives Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital Order and manage office supplies and inventory Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining databases Support the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports when necessary Assist with event planning, internal communications, and office coordination tasks High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers, etc.) Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems (e.g., filing, record-keeping, scheduling) Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
