Job title: Oracle APEX Developer
Location: Austin TX 78705
Rate: $50/hour on W2
Our clients' Consumer Credit Office requires an Oracle APEX Developer to design and develop additional features in an APEX application to meet future regulatory needs. The Developer will be responsible for upgrading and enhancing a custom APEX application, interpreting system specifications, and collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
Upgrade and enhance a custom Oracle APEX application to meet specified business needs. Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL scripts to ensure efficient and secure data handling. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to interpret system specifications and requirements. Add and maintain features supporting daily uploads from current systems into the APEX application. Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and data protection best practices. Integrate and utilize APEX plugins to extend application functionality.
Required Experience:
8 years of experience with web technologies, including basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development. 3 years of experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX) for developing web applications. 3 years of experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for data modeling and backend programming. 3 years of experience in Oracle database management and optimization. 3 years of experience with APEX plugins, including integration to extend application functionality.
Preferred Experience:
Oracle APEX Developer Certified Expert. Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate.
