Plans, schedules and assigns workloads for team. Coordinates workflow and procedures to maximize service Monitors departmental work productivity and recommends and implements changes to improve work productivity Cross-train staff to maximize productivity and provide coverage in all functions Coordinate and monitor daily cycle counts and virtual locations Review and research backorder/short pick confirmed the report Identify and communicate to management all associate errors in regards to mis-picks, replenishments, and put away Ensure completion of monthly c-order aisle audit and empty bin check Ensure timely and accurate completion of vendor returns Ensure flagged item inspections are completed and communicated to PIC in a timely manner Complete returns reconciliation for local and LLH returns Benefits Information: For information on Sysco's Benefits, please visit SyscoBenefits.com Overview: Sysco is the global leader in foodservice distribution.
