Noblis is seeking to hire a Cleared Software Engineer with Active Top Secret with SCI and Polygraph in Reston, VA. Professionals in software development and engineering are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements. They utilize their expertise in programming languages, software development methodologies, and engineering principles to create robust, scalable, and maintainable software applications. Typical responsibilities include analyzing user requirements, designing software architecture and system components, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting software code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software delivery aligns with project timelines and quality standards. Their expertise in areas such as software design patterns, version control systems, agile methodologies, and software quality assurance enables organizations to develop and deliver high-quality software products that address user needs and drive business value. In this specific role for the Sponsor, you will: Design and implement complex, enterprise systems that involve integrating commercial, government, and open-source components; Navigate the full engineering lifecycle from concept to deployment with the expertise that only comes from seasoned experience in the Sponsor's work environment; Apply advanced concepts and understanding of the Sponsor's policies, procedures, and techniques into every aspect of your deliverables; Develop testing frameworks that ensure quality while freeing up colleagues and end-users from repetitive tasks; Transition algorithms securely from public to private systems while maintaining their effectiveness; Integrate AIML into analytic workflows; Innovate alongside talented colleagues in modern source control environments where ideas always flow. What Will Make You the Ideal Candidate: You have a deep understanding of our Sponsor's computing environment, technology, and software applications; You have expertise in complex system integration across diverse fabrics; You have a proven track record of implementing AIML in production environments; You have a strong technical background balanced with collaborative team skills; You demonstrate initiative and proactively identify and communicate needs; You are comfortable receiving general supervision and applying your seasoned judgment autonomously; and, most importantly, you have a passion for solving challenging problems for the Sponsor and their mission. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a STEM field + 7 years of related experience

an additional 6 years of experience can be used in lieu of degree

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package. Posted Salary Range USD $117,800.00 - USD $184,100.00 /Yr.
