Finish Carpenter
Join a renowned modular company based out of Leola, PA, specializing in creating large custom modular buildings such as schools, hospitals, banks, restaurants, and offices. As a finish carpenter, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team that includes plumbers, electricians, carpenters, welders, and laborers, all working together to bring each building to life. Responsibilities
Report to the site location and begin work on assigned projects. Follow blueprints to install studs, drywall, trim, and other necessary components. Perform rough framing for commercial buildings. Measure and cut materials accurately. Hand and finish drywall, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Conduct trim work and other finish carpentry tasks. Collaborate with the team to ensure successful project completion. Essential Skills
Proficiency in framing, finish carpentry, drywall installation, and trim work. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with both metal and wood structures. Proficient use of hand tools required for the trade. Additional Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience for higher pay scale. 1 to 5 years of experience considered. Residential experience is acceptable. Familiarity with commercial construction, electrical, HVAC, piping, installation, mechanical, plumbing, and pipe fitting. Experience in soldering is a plus. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
