Join our team as a CNC Machinist where you'll set up and operate CNC milling machines across 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis configurations. You'll interpret technical blueprints, CAD/CAM files, and job sheets to ensure precision in every project. This position offers a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis). Interpret technical blueprints, CAD/CAM files, and job sheets. Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Make offset adjustments and minor program edits as needed. Maintain tight tolerances (typically +/- 0.0002"). Document setup notes and maintain tooling inventory. Follow safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Skills
2+ years of experience operating CNC mills (e.g., Haas, Hurco, Robodrill). Proficiency with Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma, or Hurco controllers. Ability to read and interpret GD&T and technical drawings. Experience with precision measuring tools. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
