Insulation Technician (Direct Hire)

As an Insulation Technician, you will be responsible for insulating both residential and commercial buildings using materials such as spray foam and rigid foam boards. Your duties will include insulating attics, walls, basements, crawl spaces, and other residential areas. This role requires measuring and cutting insulation materials to fit specific spaces, sealing and preparing surfaces prior to installation, and operating tools and equipment like blowers, sprayers, and cutting tools. You will also be tasked with removing old insulation and disposing of construction materials appropriately. Responsibilities:

Insulate residential and commercial buildings using spray foam and rigid foam boards. Insulate attics, walls, basements, crawl spaces, and other residential areas. Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific spaces. Seal and prepare surfaces before insulation installation. Operate tools and equipment safely, including blowers, sprayers, and cutting tools. Remove old insulation and dispose of materials properly. Essential Skills:

2+ years of experience in insulation, particularly in attics, walls, basements, crawl spaces, and other residential areas. Ability to measure and cut insulation materials accurately. Proficiency in operating tools and equipment safely, including blowers, sprayers, and cutting tools. Experience in removing old insulation and disposing of materials properly. Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in insulation or construction preferred. Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $47480.00/yr. Medical provided, 401k match, 6 holidays off, two weeks PTO. Workplace Type
