RINVOQ ATOPIC DERMATITIS STANDARD OF CARE SR. MANAGER
The RINVOQ Atopic Dermatitis Standard of Care Sr. Manager will oversee defining and aligning of SoC (Standard of Care) strategies for RINVOQ. He or she will also ensure consistency and relevance of SoC across markets making sure the international Brand Team, the areas and affiliates have the right insights and strategies to help RINVOQ. The Sr. Manager will engage and collaborate with a cross-functional team including market access, medical affairs, regulatory, legal, health economics, public affairs, medical and regulatory review, patient relations, business insights, OEC, and global learning. This role does not have direct reports but must demonstrate the ability to influence and lead cross-functionally to successfully drive the business, so strong influencing skills and leading in a matrix environment must have abilities. Responsibilities and duties: Strong analytical and strategic minds to continuously update the Standard of Care (SoC) strategy for RINVOQ in Atopic Dermatitis (AD). Analyze all market research data related to SoC Be updated on the most relevant publications that might impact our SoC strategy. Update and develop the SoC Narrative. Lead discussions with MLOR (via COLLAB) to secure narrative approval. Collaborate with INBT, key areas, and selected affiliates to gather local insights and enhance the Narrative. Cocreate with Areas and affiliates the appropriate action plans to help drive business and elevate the SoC. Train areas and affiliates on the approved narrative. Lead the SoC Strategic Imperative Group within the INBT group. Participate in Brand Plan strategic meetings. Contribute to Functional Plan development. Coordinate Monthly Exchange calls with affiliates as needed. Lead International congresses with Areas and affiliates. Attend international congresses and meetings with affiliates. Manage external medical conferences, engage with external customers and establish/maintain relationships with key opinion leaders where appropriate. Proactively monitor competitor SoC strategy. Manage projects with vendors and other agencies to budget, identifying efficiencies/synergies where possible to maximize resources. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience Strategic mindset with the capacity to drive execution through affiliates. Proven track record of effectively working in cross-functional teams and matrix environments. Capacity to inform and influence INBTs strategic decisions Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong quantitative skills Able and willing to travel internationally. Additional Information: The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
