Title: Content Marketing CoordinatorReports to: Director of Content MarketingGeneral Description of Responsibilities:The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of Crossway's content marketing strategy by managing a wide variety of digital content tasks. This role helps maintain Crossway's online presence by writing and managing article content, supporting digital platform initiatives, and coordinating with various marketing and creative teams. The ideal candidate is content-focused, proactive, and passionate about helping people engage with gospel-centered resources online.Specific Responsibilities:Draft and schedule content articles as assigned by the Director of Content MarketingCreate and manage various other types of article content, drafting and ensuring content is optimized for publicationWrite creative and interesting article blurbs for inclusion in newslettersCollaborate on titling articles, videos, and devotional content Write and coordinate articles that highlight all of Crossway's digital platforms throughout the yearAssist in marketing Crossway's digital platforms through paid advertising and organic search. Develop reading plans and curated playlists for ESV.orgConduct monthly data analysis to evaluate user engagement and inform planningCoordinate original marketing article content with any third-party ministry/partner (i.e. TGC) Create and publish 12+ unique Bible reading plans annually on YouVersionAssist in any other tasks as assigned by the Director of Content MarketingPosition Requirements:A college degree with 1-2 years experienceStrong communication skillsPassion for excellence and attention to detailOrganized, self-motivated, and good interpersonal skillsPublishing Ministry Commitment:Commitment to the Crossway publishing ministry and vision, as summarized in the following statement of purpose: By God's grace: (a) to bring men, women, and children to Christ as their Lord and Savior; (b) to help individual Christians and the church grow in knowledge and understanding of the Bible and the Christian life; (c) to bear witness to God's Truth, Beauty, and Righteousness, and the Lordship of Christ in every area of life; and (d) to glorify our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in every way.Personal Qualities:A love for God's Word and His church. Compensation is reviewed and evaluated annually by the Executive Compensation Committee (ECC) of the Crossway Board of Directors.
