Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Dispatcher

to join our Customer Service Team. This role is responsible for the

daily scheduling and routing

of Lawn Sprinkler Technicians, ensuring efficient service delivery and optimal use of field resources. The Dispatcher also provides support across key areas of the department including membership management, technician support, and system updates.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Dispatch

Coordinate mass scheduling for recurring services (Activation, Mid-Season, Winterization)

Manage the dispatch dashboard for daily routing and real-time rerouting

Optimize technician schedules for efficiency and timely service delivery

Maintain the technician capacity calendar and adjust as needed for time-off and demand changes

Field & Technician Support

Be the primary contact for Field Service Managers and Technicians during standard business hours

Work within the scheduling engine to keep routing systems up-to-date

Customer Service & Memberships

Assist Customer Service Representatives with scheduling support

Manage customer memberships including auto-renewals and updates in ServiceTitan

Take escalated service calls and provide solutions as needed

Administrative Support

Support other departments as needed with invoicing, data analysis, report generation, and project-based tasks

Qualifications

Required

2+ years of experience in customer service and dispatching (preferably in home services)

High School Diploma or GED

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to multitask and manage workloads independently

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Experience using

ServiceTitan

software

Schedule & Working Conditions

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Regular sitting and keyboard use with some repetitive hand and arm motions

Occasional standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and lifting (up to 25 lbs)

Vision requirements include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision

Work is primarily office-based with up to 10% local travel as needed

Noise level is typically low to moderate
