Adecco is seeking reliable and motivated Forklift Operators to join a cold storage warehouse team in Clifton, NJ. This is a great opportunity for individuals with forklift experience who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Job Summary The Freezer Operator ensures safe and efficient handling of materials using forklifts in a freezer warehouse. Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials Organize pallets for efficient storage and retrieval Track inventory using Batchmaster via tablet Stage shipments using FIFO method Conduct weekly cycle counts Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards Perform equipment safety checks and battery maintenance Follow GMP policies and PPE requirements Assist with driver duties as needed Complete other tasks as assigned Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Proven forklift experience in a warehouse setting Comfortable working in freezer conditions Familiarity with inventory systems (Batchmaster a plus) Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and dependable Pay Details:

$22.00 per hour
