Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dispatcher to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for managing high-volume incoming calls from appliance technicians, clients, and customers regarding Whirlpool products and services. You will utilize ticketing systems to coordinate and schedule technician appointments efficiently, ensuring that all service requests are handled promptly.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize high-volume calls from technicians, clients, and customers. Utilize ticketing systems to track, schedule, and assign service requests. Coordinate technician schedules for appliance repair and service requests. Provide excellent customer service while ensuring timely resolution of issues. Handle a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and multitask effectively.

Qualifications: Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting. Experience working with ticketing systems is preferred, but not required. Must be able to start immediately.
