Project Manager

Are you a results-oriented leader who thrives on managing complex projects and exceeding goals? Do you enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and solving challenges to achieve outstanding outcomes? As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of high-profile projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Do:

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Oversee all aspects of project performance, including quality, safety, and compliance with regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project operations. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality standards are upheld. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and resolving concerns promptly. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports. Identify and mitigate risks, proactively solving challenges to keep projects on track. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence among project teams. What Makes You a Great Fit:

Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, or 5+ years of direct experience. You have 5+ years of experience in managing a direct hire workforce and subcontractors, and in managing multifamily housing construction projects. You have proven experience in construction project management, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. You're a strong communicator and leader, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders. You're proactive in identifying potential challenges and implementing effective solutions. You're proficient in construction management software and tools.
